Terms of Service - Green Guard API

1. Introduction

Welcome to Green Guard API, a SaaS service for monitoring server connections and sending email and WhatsApp alerts upon disconnection. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Service Description

The Service provides monitoring of server connections and sending alerts via email and WhatsApp upon detection of a disconnection. The Service is provided "AS IS" and does not include any warranty for absolute availability or accuracy.

It is important to note: the service is provided by Amir Call Or P.O.025463548 Israel.

The company Green API (Republic of Kazakhstan Limited Liability Partnership GREEN-API, BIN:220940032673) has no connection or responsibility for this service.

 

3. Payment and Cancellation

The Service requires prepayment on a monthly basis. Non-payment will result in termination of the Service. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be given for the current month.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of 1 or inability to use the Service, except in the case of damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. The Company's total liability to you, in any case, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Service during the last six months only.

 

5. Privacy

We undertake not to share your personal information with third parties, except in cases where required by law. However, we are not responsible for breaches of our databases or loss of information as a result.

 

6. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service from time to time. Notice of these changes will be given to you by email or posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after notice of these changes will be deemed your acceptance of the new terms.

 

7. Termination of the Agreement

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Israel shall govern this Agreement. The exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be vested in the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
